Fenwick Represents Unknown Worlds in Definitive Agreement to Be Acquired by KRAFTON

Fenwick represented Unknown Worlds, the game developer behind Subnautica, in its definitive agreement to be acquired by KRAFTON, a South Korean collective of independent game development studios.

Unknown Worlds will function as an independent game development studio wholly owned by KRAFTON and will continue to operate globally with talent seated throughout the world. More information can be obtained from KRAFTON’s announcement.
