Fenwick partners are speakers at the American Bar Association Business Law Section Spring Meeting.
March 31 at 8:00 am EST, Fenwick partner Einat Meisel will be speaking during a panel entitled, “The Changing Landscape of the Various Controls Being Sought by PE and VC Investors and The Impact This May Have on Fiduciary Duties of Existing and Newly Appointed Directors.” The program will be covering the implications of fiduciary duties, various rights sought by venture capital and private equity funds and other considerations.
March 31 at 9:30 am EST, Fenwick partner Josh Geffon will be chairing the Private Equity and Venture Capital Committee meeting joined by attorneys from around the world to discuss the latest Private Equity and Venture Capital trends in the marketplace.
