Fenwick Represents 1047 Games in $100 Million Financing

Fenwick represented 1047 Games, developer of video game Splitgate, in its $100 million round of financing. The round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners with participation from Insight Partners, Anthos Capital and earlier seed round investors Galaxy Interactive, VGames, Human Capital, Lakestar, DraperDragon and Draper University.

1047 Games will use the funding to build out its complete vision for Splitgate and hire top game talent. More information can be obtained from this press coverage of the announcement.

Fenwick represented 1047 Games in three earlier round financings this year, including its $6.5 million financing in May.
