Fenwick Represents 33Across in Acquisition of Tynt Multimedia

Fenwick & West represented 33Across, Inc. in its recently announced acquisition of Tynt Multimedia, which provides publisher tools that analyze user intent and interest data for over 500,000 websites. The deal terms were not disclosed.
