Fenwick represented 40 North, the investment arm of Standard Industries, in its investment in Claroty, an industrial cybersecurity company, as part of a $140 million Series D financing. The round was co-led by 40 North and Bessemer Venture Partners’ Century II fund. Additional strategic investors include LG and I Squared Capital’s ISQ Global InfraTech Fund. All previous investors, including Temasek, Team8 and long-time customers and partners Rockwell Automation, Siemens and Schneider Electric also participated.
Claroty will use the funds to accelerate its expansion into new verticals and regions, as well as to further enhance its best-in-class product portfolio. More information can be obtained from Claroty’s announcement.
The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partner Ian Goldstein and included associate Angela Park.
