Fenwick Represents Animal Capital in Launch as Venture Capital Fund Founded by Social Media Influencers and Focused on Generation Z

Fenwick represented Animal Capital, a Generation Z-focused venture capital fund with digital creator stars at the founder level, in its formation and official launch. The fund—created by social media stars Josh Richards, Griffin Johnson and Noah Beck and partners Marshall Sandman and Michael Gruen—will focus on consumer and financial technology, health and wellness, and media.

Animal Capital will provide all the services of a traditional venture fund, including fundraising, scaling companies into larger enterprises and providing go-to-market strategies. Additionally, Richards, Johnson and Beck will leverage their broad reach and network to tap into purchasing decisions of an entirely new generation of consumers.
