Fenwick represented Antora Energy, a leader in zero emission industrial heat and power, in its $150 million Series B financing. The round was led by Decarbonization Partners, a partnership between BlackRock and Temasek, with participation from Emerson Collective, GS Futures, The Nature Conservancy, and a subsidiary of NextEra Energy Resources, alongside existing investors Lowercarbon Capital, Breakthrough Energy Ventures, Trust Ventures, Grok Ventures, Overture Ventures, and BHP's venture capital unit.
Antora Energy will use the funds to ramp up production of factory-made thermal batteries to deliver billions of dollars of zero-emissions energy to industrial customers. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
