Fenwick & West represented Apalon Technologies, Ltd., a top 10 developer of iOS applications worldwide, in its recently announced acquisition by Mindspark Interactive Network, Inc., an operating business of InterActiveCorp (NASDAQ: IACI) and home to some of the most popular and engaging digital applications on the web in categories such as lifestyle, entertainment and utilities. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition combines Apalon's world-class mobile app development skills with Mindspark's proven ability to distribute digital applications at scale, which will be huge differentiator and strategic advantage in the marketplace.
