Fenwick & West represented Baynote, Inc., a cloud-based personalization platform, in its acquisition by Kibo Software, Inc., a cloud-based omni-channel commerce solutions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will allow Kibo to continue to strength its commerce solutions with industry-leading personalization technology that quickly enables retailers and brands to provide individual buying experiences.
