Fenwick & West LLP represented BeyondCore, Inc., a one-click automated business analysis software, in its recently announced $9 million Series A financing led by Menlo Ventures. The funding comes just more than a year after BeyondCore officially launched.
The investment will help the company with its technology that can analyze complex data sets and automatically highlights the strong correlations.
The Fenwick transaction was led by corporate partner Dan Dorosin; and corporate associates Philip Reuther and Jordan Roberts.
