Fenwick & West represented Branch Metrics, a linking infrastructure for the world’s best apps, in its $60 million Series C financing. Playground Ventures led the round with participation from New Enterprise Associates, Founders Fund, Pear Ventures, Samsung Ventures, Madrona Ventures, Cowboy Ventures and Ben Narasin.
