Fenwick Represents Brightside Health in $50 Million Series B Financing

Fenwick represented Brightside Health, a telemedicine platform that offers fast access to personalized treatment, expert providers and ongoing support for a range of mental health concerns, in its $50 million Series B financing. The round was led by ACME Capital and Mousse Partners, with participation from existing investors Bullpen Capital, Triventures and Trousdale Ventures.
