Fenwick Represents BRINC in $125M Funding

Fenwick represented BRINC, America’s premier manufacturer of emergency response drones, in its $125 million funding. The round was led by Motorola Solutions Inc., with participation from Index Ventures and Dylan Field, billionaire co-founder and chief executive officer of Figma Inc.

BRINC will use the funds to increase sales to police and fire departments after the US restricted imports from Chinese rivals. More information can be obtained here.
