Fenwick & West represented buuteeq, Inc., one of the leading digital marketing platforms for hotels worldwide, in its recently announced acquisition by The Priceline Group Inc. (NASDAQ:PCLM), one of the world leaders in online travel, serving customers and partners through its five primary brands. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will play a key role in helping The Priceline Group deliver even more value to their global accommodations partners worldwide.
