Fenwick & West represented Calm.com, Inc. (“Calm”), the leading app for meditation, mindfulness and sleep, in its $27 million Series A financing. Insight Venture Partners led the round with participation from Ashton Kutcher’s Sound Ventures and singer Harry Styles.
