Fenwick Represents Catio in Step-Up Funding

Fenwick represented Catio, an AI-powered co-pilot for tech stack architecture, in its Pre-Seed financing, adding an additional $2.6 million to the initial $1.4 million raised earlier in 2023. The round was led by Eniac Ventures and RRE Ventures, and included Pender Ventures and other funds and angels.

Catio will use the funds to continue pursuing a new paradigm for tech stack architecture. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.

The transaction was led by corporate partner Ian Goldstein and included associates Fei Xu, Leeza Soulina, Sam Millang and Michael Murrietta.
