Fenwick Represents Cloudera in Voting and Standstill Agreement with Carl C. Icahn

Fenwick & West represented Cloudera, an enterprise data cloud company, in its voting and standstill agreement regarding the membership and composition of its Board of Directors and its committees, as well as a limitation on additional share accumulation and other customary standstill terms, with Carl C.
