Fenwick & West represented Echodyne, a radar technology company bringing radar vision to autonomous vehicles, drones and machines, in its $29 million Series B financing. New Enterprise Associates (NEA) led the round with participation from Bill Gates, Madrona Venture Group, Vulcan Capital, Lux Capital, The Kresge Foundation and others.
The company will use the funds to extend its technology and scale production.
The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate lawyers Alan Smith, Andrew Albertson and Shen Zhang.
