Fenwick Represents Emergence Capital in Mechanical Orchard’s $24 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented Emergence Capital, a venture capital firm focused on cloud enterprise, in its investment in Mechanical Orchard’s $24 million Series A financing. The round was led by Emergence Capital, with participation from Industry Ventures, Spider Capital, Bloomberg Beta, Cendana Capital and Webb Investment Network.

Mechanical Orchard is a developer of cloud-based applications. The funds will be used to support continued investment in platform research and development and a comprehensive global sales and marketing program. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
