Fenwick Represents farm-ng in $10M Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented farm-ng, a robotics company making general purpose farm robots that can be used to implement sustainable farming practices, in its $10 million Series A. The round was led by Acre Venture Partners with participation from Xplorer Capital and HawkTower among other investors.

farm-ng will use the funds to make the Amiga, its modular electric robot and onboard AI computer, accessible for farms of all sizes and further develop farm-ng OS to bring AI to the field across every crop, task and terrain. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
