Fenwick Represents Flip AI in $6.5 Million Seed Financing

Fenwick represented Flip AI, a generative AI observability company, in its $6.5 million Seed financing. The round was led by Factory with participation from Morgan Stanley Next Level Fund and GTM Capital.

Flip AI will use the funds to continue to advance its product roadmap and LLM and to expand its team and operations. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.

The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partner Allison Cooper and included associates James Li, Serena Ward and Kate Souza, as well as technology transactions partner Vejay Lalla.
