Fenwick Represents Flourish Health in $46M Funding

Fenwick represented Flourish Health, a mental health provider for young people, in its $46 million funding. The $26 million Series A round was led by B Capital, F-Prime, and Cherryrock Capital, combined with $20 million in previously undisclosed funding.

Flourish Health will use the funds to support the company's national expansion, in partnership with the largest health plans in the country. More information can be obtained here.
