Fenwick & West represented Glint, a real-time employee engagement platform responsible for bringing artificial intelligence to human resources, in its $27 million Series C financing. The round was led by Meritech Capital Partners and Bessemer Venture Partners and included participation from returning investors Norwest Venture Partners and Shasta Ventures.
