Fenwick represented Griffin Gaming Partners, a gaming-focused venture capital firm, in its investment in HyperPlay’s $12 million Series A financing. The round was co-led by BITKRAFT Ventures with participation from ConsenSys, Ethereal Ventures, Delphi, Game7, Mirana Ventures and Monoceros Ventures.
HyperPlay will use the new capital to scale, fully enhance its flagship game launcher and increase its international presence. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
