Fenwick Represents Halborn in $90 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented Halborn, a cybersecurity firm serving both traditional finance and blockchain-based clients, in its $90 million Series A financing. The round was led by global growth investor Summit Partners with participation from Castle Island, Digital Currency Group, Brevan Howard, Third Prime, Sky Vision Capital and Fenwick.

Halborn will use the new capital to support and accelerate its mission of protecting users of Web3 applications with innovative cybersecurity products and services. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
