Fenwick Represents Health Gorilla in $15 Million Series B

Fenwick represented Health Gorilla, a leading provider of healthcare application programming interfaces, in its $15 million Series B financing co-led by Nationwide Ventures and IA Capital Group. Aflac Corporate Ventures, Epsilon Health Investors and True Ventures also participated in the round.

With new funding, Health Gorilla will grow its customer support team and expand into new markets, including insurance, life sciences and public health agencies. More information can be obtained from Health Gorilla’s announcement.
