Fenwick Represents Honor Technology in $50 Million Series C Financing

Fenwick & West represented Honor Technology, Inc., the fast-growing, comprehensive home care company for older adults, in its $50 million Series C financing. Naspers Ventures led the round.

Honor Technology will use the funding to launch and invest in the Honor Care Network, the first-of-its-kind national network of home care agencies. More information about Honor Technology’s $50 million Series C can be obtained from the company announcement.
