Fenwick Represents InnerPlant in $16 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented InnerPlant, a plant physiology company that gathers loads of data to make farming more efficient and sustainable, in its $16 million Series A financing. The round was led by Deere & Co. with participation from MS&AD Ventures, Bee Partners and UpWest. 

InnerPlant will use the new capital to prepare for the launch of its first soybean product and plans to start launching satellites to speak to its sensors in 2023. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
