Fenwick & West represented Katerra Inc., a leading technology company redefining the construction industry, in its $865 million Series D financing. The financing was led by SoftBank Vision Fund.
Katerra will use the funds to accelerate customer deployment of platform services, add factories to meet nationwide demand and further its R&D efforts to continue scaling the business model.
The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate lawyers Steven Levine, Brendan Franich, Christopher Walton, Isabel da Roza and Tina Lee, and antitrust lawyers Mark Ostrau and Ashley Walter.
