Fenwick Represents Maven Robotics in $100M Series A Funding

Fenwick represented Maven Robotics, an AI robotics company, in its $100 million Series A funding. The round included investors RoboStrategy, LocalGlobe, Vine Ventures, and XTX Markets Ventures. 

Maven Robotics will use the funds to build 250 of their third-generation robots and begin design on a fourth-generation platform. More information can be obtained here.

The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partner Thomas Kang and included associates Morgan Clarke, Kosha Patel, Kennedii Brock, and Zai Li.
