Fenwick Represents Maximus in $15 Million Financing

Fenwick represented Maximus, a consumer telemedicine company for men’s health and hormone optimization, in its $15 million financing. The round was led by Keith Rabois at Founders Fund, with participation from 8VC, Abstract Ventures, 10X Capital, Unshackled Ventures, OneVC, Gaingels, Correlation Ventures, Chamaeleon VC, Rational Ventures, WhatIf Ventures, Shrug Capital and several angel investors.
 
Maximus will use the new capital to expand its reach, grow brand awareness, and invest in product development. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
