Fenwick Represents MOBITV in its $50 Million Round of Funding

Fenwick & West represented MOBITV, a leader in IP-based video delivery solutions, in its $50 million round of funding led by Oak Investment Partners, Ally Financial and Cedar Grove Partners.

MOBITV will use the funding to accelerate the growth of the company’s international footprint, while it continues to strengthen the MOBITV CONNECT platform for PayTV operators. More information about MOBITV’s $50 million round of funding can be obtained from the company’s press release.
