Fenwick Represents Muon Space in $10 Million Seed Financing

Fenwick represented Muon Space, a climate-focused satellite constellation company, in its $10 million seed funding. The funding was led by Costanoa Ventures with participation from Space Capital, Congruent VC, Ubiquity Ventures, South Park Commons and Climactic VC.

The company is building the Earth’s first scientific, software-defined remote sensing constellation platform and collaborating with organizations to deliver critical climate and Earth systems data. More information can be obtained from Muon Space’s announcement.

The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partner Dan Dorosin, and included associates Chance Goldberg and Paige Tucker and paralegal Kevin Yonei.
