Fenwick & West represented Opsmatic, Inc., an IT infrastructure monitoring service, in its acquisition by New Relic (NYSE: NEWR), a market-leading multi-tenant SaaS software solution built for modern architectures. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will help modern DevOps teams build and manage new digital applications.
