Fenwick Represents Outreach in $114 Million Series E Financing

Fenwick & West represented Outreach Corporation, the leading sales engagement platform, in its $114 million Series E financing. The round was led by Lone Pine Capital with strong participation from Meritech Capital Partners and additional investment from new investor Lemonade Capital. Existing investors DFJ Growth, Four Rivers Group, Mayfield, M12, Sapphire Ventures, Spark Capital and Trinity Ventures also joined.

The funds will be used to continue innovating directly for the end user as well as to double Outreach’s machine learning team, expand its international footprint and further grow its partner ecosystem.
