Fenwick & West represented Percipient.ai, Inc. a leading provider of advanced analytics for national security and corporate security missions, in its $14.7 million Series A financing. Venrock led the funding round.
Percipient.ai will use the funding to further improve its Mirage platform to accelerate machine learning and computer vision capabilities to allow customers to have the productivity and time sensitive analysis necessary for mission-critical security needs.
