Fenwick Represents PerimeterX in $43 Million Series C Financing

Fenwick & West represented PerimeterX, Inc., developer of market leading solutions used to protect reputable websites and mobile applications against malicious behavior, in its $43 million Series C financing. Scale Venture Partners led the round with participation from existing investors Canaan Partners, Vertex Ventures and Data Collective, as well as new investor Adams Street Partners.

With the new financing, PerimeterX plans to expand its product portfolio beyond its PX Bot Defender™ offering to address the growing variety of information security risks facing enterprises on their web and mobile properties and their APIs.
