Fenwick Represents Plantible in Seed Financing with Vectr, Lerer Hippeau and eighteen94

Fenwick & West represented Plantible Foods, a food-tech company that produces a sustainable plant-based protein, in its seed financing round. The round was co-led by Vectr Ventures and Lerer Hippeau. Other participants include eighteen94 Capital (Kellogg Company’s venture capital fund) and FTW Ventures.
