Fenwick Represents Prosper Medical in $16M Seed Funding

Fenwick represented Prosper Medical, an AI-driven health platform, in its $16 million seed funding. The round was led by FUSE, with participation from Aurum Partners, Better.vc, Cal Innovation Fund, Fluent, Latitude Capital, Knoll Ventures and Western Technology Investment.

Prosper Medical will use the funds to expand its physician network, continue building its AI platform, and accelerate growth. More information can be obtained here.
