Fenwick represented Pulumi, a provider of an open source Infrastructure as Code platform, in its $41 million Series C financing. The round was led by Madrona with participation from NEA, Tola Capital and Strike Capital.
Pulumi will use the new capital to make cloud infrastructure easily accessible to everyone – innovating on its open source platform, advancing infrastructure security and bringing the power of generative AI to cloud engineers and developers.
