Fenwick Represents River AI in $1.1B Funding

Fenwick represented River AI, a personalized AI company, in its $1.1 billion Seed and Series A funding. The round was co-led by General Catalyst and AMP PBC with participation from NVIDIA, AMD Ventures, Y Combinator, and Temasek. 

River AI will use the funds to accelerate its mission: to build powerful personal AI that knows you and works for you, and to put ownership of that intelligence in the hands of the people and organizations who use it. More information can be obtained here.
