Fenwick & West represented Roofstock, Inc., a leading online marketplace for single-family rental (SFR) home investing, in its $35 million Series C financing. Canvas Ventures led the round with participation from existing investors, including Lightspeed Venture Partners, Bain Capital Ventures, Khosla Ventures, Nyca Partners, QED Investors and FJ Labs.
