Fenwick & West represented ShopClues, a mass-market online retailer that led the adoption of the marketplace model in India, in its Series E financing. GIC, the largest sovereign wealth fund of Singapore, led the round with participation from existing investors, including Tiger Global and Nexus Venture Partners.
ShopClues will use the funds to strengthen its technology backbone and logistics infrastructure and to on-board more merchants. More information about ShopClues can be found on the company website.
