Fenwick Represents SiMa.ai in $150M Series C Financing

Fenwick represented SiMa.ai, a leader in Physical AI, in its $150 million Series C financing at a valuation of $1.45 billion. The round was co-led by Fidelity Management & Research Company and Amplify, with participation from Alter Venture Partners, Dell Technologies Capital, Maverick Capital, +ND Capital, Point72, and StepStone Group, and new investors AllianceBernstein, Baron Capital, J.P. Morgan, and the State of Michigan.

SiMa.ai will use the funds to accelerate the scaling of Palette Neat, the industry's first agentic software environment for Physical AI, and to develop next-generation hardware. More information can be obtained from the company announcement.
