Fenwick & West LLP represented Skybox Imaging, Inc., an early-stage provider of satellite imagery video and big data analytics, in its recently announced investment of $70 million in a Series C financing led by Canaan Partners and Norwest Venture Partners. They join existing investors Khosla Ventures and Bessemer Venture Partners. With this financing, Skybox has raised a total amount of $91 million. Fenwick & West has represented Skybox since its inception in 2009.
