Fenwick Represents Switch Bioworks in $4.3 Million Pre-Seed Funding

Fenwick represented Switch Bioworks, a startup developing sustainable biofertilizer, in its $4.3 million pre-seed funding led by Anthos Capital and Acre Venture Partners, as well as Emerson Collective and several others.
 
Switch Bioworks will use the new capital to catalyze research and development of symbiotic microbes that displace chemical nitrogen fertilizer and its many negative environmental side effects. More information can be obtained from the company's announcement.
