Fenwick Represents Talos in $45M Series B Extension

Fenwick represented Talos, a provider of institutional digital asset infrastructure, technology, and data supporting the full trading and portfolio management lifecycle, in its $45 million Series B extension bringing the total Series B amount raised to $150 million. The round included participation from new strategic investors Robinhood Markets, Sony Innovation Fund, IMC, QCP, and Karatage, alongside returning investors a16z crypto, BNY, and Fidelity Investments.
