Fenwick Represents TerraBlaster in $12.5M Seed Funding

Fenwick represented TerraBlaster, developer of agricultural hardware and soil-nutrition sensors, in its $12.5 million Seed financing. The round was led by Ulu Ventures, with participation from Khosla Ventures, Trailhead Capital, Builders Vision, Bidra, Ag Startup Engine, Reservoir, Sunna, Plug and Play, GrainInnovate, and the Hort Innovation Venture Fund.

TerraBlaster will use the funds for mass production of its physical sensor hardware, expand its core agronomy and data analytics software teams, and accelerate real-world field deployment testing across global commercial farming networks. More information can be obtained here.
