Fenwick & West represented TripActions, Inc., a leading corporate travel management company shaping the future of business travel, in its $154 million Series C financing. Andreessen Horowitz led the financing with participation from existing investors, including Lightspeed Venture Partners, Zeev Ventures and SGVC.
