Fenwick Represents TripActions in $155 Million Series E Financing

Fenwick represented TripActions, a business travel and spend management platform, in its $155 million Series E growth funding. The round was led by existing investor Andreessen Horowitz, Addition and investor Elad Gil, with participation from Zeev Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners and Greenoaks Capital.

The funding increases the company’s valuation to $5 billion and will be used to deliver a seamless, all-in-one travel-and-spend management platform. More information can be obtained from TripActions’ website.
